Termiscope's Limited Warranty

Termiscope warrants to the original purchaser for one year after the date of purchase that its products are free from manufacturing defects. Should any defect appear and be the subject of a written notice from purchaser received by Termiscope within the one-year period, Termiscope at its option will repair or replace the defective product at its expense. The foregoing is the sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty by Termiscope. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to the Acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, normal wear or negligence to the product. THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXCLUDED AND TERMISCOPE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES EVEN IF TERMISCOPE WAS APPRISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF. In no event shall Termiscope's liability hereunder exceed the amount of the purchase price paid for the product.

FALSE POSITIVES: “False Positives are defined as where the alert is activated and there is no termite activity. Termiscope will not warrant the alert for reason of a “False Positive”. Under normal circumstances, the alert should last anywhere between 1 and 2 years, but because of varying soil or environment conditions it is possible that a “false positive” could occur in less time.

Any warranty claim must be accompanied by proof of purchase such as a sales receipt or receipted invoice to establish that the product is within the warranty period.
